Managing Member Alexander Fischer established Dial a Student over 30 years ago in 1988. A visionary ahead of his time, it was already clear to him then that no matter how talented young people were, they needed work experience to make them more employable. He set about finding ways to advocate for youth employment and Dial a Student was born. Over 30 years later, his passion to improve the lives of ambitious, hard working, highly skilled young South African graduates and students by helping them find employment hasn't changed.
